Reorder, rotate and delete pages, then save. Pages are moved inside the document rather than copied into a new one, so the form fields, bookmarks and attachments that live outside the page tree survive.
Before you upload anything — you will not have to
- Does deleting a page really remove it?
- The page itself, yes — it is gone from the document and from its bytes, and the operation refuses rather than pretending when something still points at it. What it shared with the pages you keep is another matter: an image, a template or a font declared alongside them cannot be pulled out without risking those pages.
- So deleting a page is not redaction?
- It is not. If a page must be unrecoverable, remove it here and then check the result, or start from a document that never contained it.
- Why does this keep bookmarks when other tools lose them?
- Because it edits the page tree in place. The usual approach — create a new document and copy the wanted pages — silently drops everything stored outside those pages, which is where bookmarks, attachments, page labels and the title live.
