- What page ranges are accepted?
- Single pages, ranges, and open-ended ranges: 1-3, 7, 12- takes pages one to three, page seven, and everything from twelve onwards. Clicking the thumbnails does the same thing.
- Do the extracted pages keep everything?
- The pages themselves, yes. Extraction copies them into a new document, so anything stored outside the pages — bookmarks, attachments, form fields — does not come along. The tool names what it dropped.
- Is the zip built here too?
- Yes. Splitting produces the archive in the browser, so a hundred-page document becomes a hundred files without a single request leaving the tab.
